Position Highlights Outpatient primary care practice with a focus on longitudinal, comprehensive care Collaborative, multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff Strong emphasis on quality, access, and continuity of care Supportive infrastructure that allows physicians to focus on clinical quality and patient experience Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.
