Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for an up to 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hospital experience and be prepared to work in a mixed MedSurg/Outpatient setting. The position may require floating to the Acute Rehab unit as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients in the MedSurg and Outpatient settings.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Perform therapy techniques and monitor patient progress throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and changes in treatment plans as per facility guidelines.

Position Details

• Start Date: 04/12/2026
• Work Schedule: 8 AM - 3/4 PM
• Facility Setting: MedSurg/Outpatient
• Floating Requirement: May require floating to Acute Rehab unit (training provided)

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hospital environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Meditech and Nethealth EMR; Outpatient services may utilize paper forms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Dress Code

Olive green scrubs are required for this position.
