Responsibilities

Ability to coordinate, plan and execute jobs while assisting the onsite Field Manager
Responsible for maintaining heavy equipment including preventative maintenance, and any additional tools necessary
Familiarity with overseeing safety and monitoring proper PPE onsite
Ability to assist the Field Manager with overseeing job site quality and productivity
Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times
Coordinate the daily work schedule with the Field Manager
Assist in training and managing personnel assigned to the crew

Qualifications

5 + year's experience in one or more of the following categories, landscape construction, hardscape, masonry, carpentry, irrigation, equipment operations.
Must be willing to travel
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Construction background or experience
Strong work ethic
