Requirements: Active Arizona License & DEA
Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner- Needed for a 6-week outpatient assignment in Arizona. The clinician will be required to hold an active Arizona State license & DEA.

Schedule: 2– 6-hour shifts per week
Compensation: $100/hr. plus malpractice coverage insurance
Locations: Holbrook, Arizona
Start Date: ASAP pending credentialing (within 1 week of submitting documents)
Working with an Underserved Population
No Calls or Weekends
