Absence Management Consultant

Lockton is seeking an IAS Associate Consultant to deliver technical and operational support within the Integrated Absence Solutions Practice in Plano, TX. You will assist in analyzing client needs, guide on FMLA/ADA, and help implement absence programs with cross-team collaboration. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of absence management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. US work authorization is required.
