Hospitality Team Member

Chick-fil-A Hospitality Team Member Seeking individuals who enjoy providing excellent service and creating unforgettable moments in a people‑focused environment. Core Responsibilities Interact with guests to deliver friendly and compassionate service. Maintain a clean dining area and overall restaurant cleanliness. Work on your feet for several hours at a time. Collaborate with the team to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Work closely with a highly motivated Owner/Operator invested in your success. Preferred Experience Prior experience in customer service, cashier, restaurant crew, or similar roles at Chick‑fil‑A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, In‑N‑Out Burger, etc. is highly desirable. Key Qualifications Smile, create and maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make emotional connections with guests. Be bright, cheerful, and maintain a positive attitude. Show initiative and consistency. Enjoy cleaning and conversing with guests. Be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time. Benefits Competitive pay.
