Description About the PositionWarner Norcross + Judd LLP is seeking a paralegal to join our Estate Planning Practice Group in any of our offices.Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is proud to have one of Michigan's premier Trusts + Estates practices. In this role, you'll work alongside more than 30 attorneys and paralegals in one of the largest and most sophisticated private client groups in the state. Our team advises individuals, families, business owners and fiduciaries on complex estate planning, trust administration, wealth preservation, business succession and probate litigation, offering associates the opportunity to build a broad practice while collaborating with experienced, nationally recognized attorneys.About the OpportunityThe paralegal will service the firm's clients by assisting with the preparation of estate planning documents, assisting with the estate settlement process, preparing fiduciary accountings, and managing and assembling estate planning forms. Prior experience is strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, experience using document automation software (such as HotDocs), and entry-level coding or scripting experience are a plus.
