This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position involves night shifts from 6PM to 6AM, with the potential for 2-3 extra shifts in each 6-week schedule, totaling guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting. This role requires a strong focus on patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide high-quality care.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses in the medical record.

Required Experience

• Must be currently licensed to practice as an RN in the State of Colorado.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• BLS required upon hire.
• ACLS and PALS required upon hire or within 6 months.
