Practice Info Established physician-owned group with equal partnership after 2 years Balanced OB/GYN practice: 50% obstetrics, 50% gynecology Access to MFM specialists for high-risk cases High-risk pregnancies are transferred at 35 weeks to a higher acuity center Admit patients at Woodland Memorial Hospital, which is designated baby-friendly and in the process of purchasing a surgical robot No elective terminations due to faith-based principles Responsibilities Serve a multicultural community ranging from migrant workers to university professors Compensation Competitive salary guarantee: $396,300 for 18 months, then transition to a WRVU productivity model $85,000 sign-on bonus $100,000 student loan assistance (if loan assistance is not needed, sign-on bonus increases to $100K) Relocation stipend: $20,000 paid directly to the physician Benefits 6 weeks PTO in years 1-2 and 8 weeks off starting year 3 Full benefits package: 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for physicians 401(k) retirement plan: Contributions start day 1, with xmvmafu matching after 1 year Malpractice & CME allowance: Includes professional liability coverage and educational stipends Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) site: Eligible for federal loan forgiveness programs Shift & Schedule 1:5 call rotation with locum support until fully staffed APPs take second call for C-sections Requirements Must have experience with laparoscopy, minimally invasive hysterectomy, tubal ligation, and IUD insertion
