About the Role
The Company is in search of a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its pediatric healthcare system. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and transformational leader, with a strong emphasis on advancing a bold agenda with urgency, optimism, and a bias for action. Responsibilities include continuing to build on the momentum of a successful merger, deepening collaboration with academic partners, and guiding the organization towards a new, transformative vision and strategy. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in a large, complex, multi-site healthcare system, particularly in the areas of vision and strategic execution, community engagement, donor fundraising, and complex board governance. Strong emotional and intellectual alignment with the mission, values, and culture of servant leadership, collaboration, and performance excellence is essential. Candidates for this role at The Company should have significant experience as a senior executive, President, and/or CEO, with a preference for those with a background in pediatric healthcare and experience in an academic and research-oriented setting. The ideal candidate will be ready to make a significant impact, not only within the organization but also in the broader community and beyond.
