We’re looking for a polished, professional, and compassionate Dental Receptionist with a clinical background to join our growing team. If you’re a Registered Dental Assistant with a knack for people and front-office flow, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
• Take charge of insurance claims, verifications, and billing, ensuring accuracy and transparency for our patients. Your expertise will help make dental care stress-free.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, ensuring every detail is accounted for. A well-organized practice means better patient care!
• Manage appointments with efficiency and professionalism, balancing patient needs while keeping the office running smoothly.
• Greet each patient with a warm, welcoming attitude, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in.
• Experience with Dolphin Software is a plus, but if you're a quick learner, we’ll provide the training to get you up to speed!

full-time $18 - $22 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM

• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A warm, team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail
