We're the Jesse Dryer Agency in Grand Junction, and we are in rapid growth mode which means we have open producer desks and we're looking for the right people to fill them.

Here's the honest truth about working here: our producers outsell everyone in the area and earn more money not because they're superhuman, but because the marketing, the leads, the system, and the training are already built. If you're coachable and you stick to the plan, it's almost impossible to fail. Your only job is to talk to people and help them get covered.

What you'll actually do

• Take warm inbound leads and walk people through tailored home, auto, life, and commercial quotes over the phone.
• Follow our proven sales process to turn quotes into protected families and happy clients.
• Hit (and beat) your numbers using the system we hand you on day one.
• Be part of a team that genuinely enjoys the work and the winning.

Who we're looking for

• You light up on the phone and genuinely like helping people.
• You're coachable you'll run the playbook before you "improve" it.
• You're competitive and you want to be the top earner in the room.
• You're comfortable in a high-tech, fast-moving office.
• Insurance license is a plus but the right attitude and work ethic matter more. We'll help you get licensed if you're hungry.
