Investment Banking Associate/Senior Analyst

Investment Banking - Experienced Analyst / Associate Business Services | Chicago Key Responsibilities Build and review financial models (DCF, LBO, comps, merger) and perform detailed valuation and financial analysis Prepare and deliver client materials, including pitch books, management presentations, and transaction documentation Support execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions, including due diligence and process coordination Conduct industry research and contribute to strategic insights and business development efforts Role Differentiation Experienced Analyst (~3 years) Execute core modeling, valuation, and analytical workstreams across transactions Draft client deliverables with increasing independence and attention to detail Support transaction processes and collaborate closely with Associates and senior bankers Build sector knowledge and develop client-ready communication skills Experienced Associate Lead transaction workstreams, including model oversight and deliverable quality control Manage Analysts, timelines, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders Engage more directly in client communication, meetings, and presentations Contribute to business development, idea generation, and strategic advisory efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field (Analyst ~3 years; Associate ~4-6 years or equivalent) Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
