$49,800 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their unique stories and guide them to the perfect luxury pieces.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
• Collaborate with our leadership team to enhance store strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
• Ensure the showroom is impeccably presented, reflecting the elegance of our brand.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining the highest level of integrity.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, polished, and poised demeanor.

• Full-time availability, including Saturdays.

• Ability to work in-store at our Thornton, CO location.

Preferred:

• Experience with the EDGE POS system.

• Understanding of jewelry repair intake processes.

• Background in custom or high-value retail sales.
