Operations Coordinator II: Projects, Budgets & Events

Job Summary The Operations Coordinator II (OC II) provides administrative support for a department and coordinates projects and programs. Responsibilities include supporting development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of initiatives. Coordinate administrative activities related to projects/programs. Assist with event planning and implementation. Manage project/program logistics. Coordinate meetings, conferences, educational activities, and related events. Develop and disseminate program/project materials. Support communication for projects/programs. Collect, collate, and report data. Co‑ordinate and maintain databases for program/project activities. Develop, justify, and monitor department/project budgets. Coordinate and monitor proposal processes. Conduct literature reviews supporting project/program activities. Develop and maintain websites related to assigned projects/programs. The OC II actively facilitates departmental operations and goal attainment. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with at least four years of advanced secretarial experience. Associate Degree with at least six years of advanced secretarial experience. High school or GED with at least eight years of advanced secretarial experience. Above-average verbal communication skills (heavy public contact); proficient writing, correspondence, and reporting. Proficiency in MS Word and general PC usage; typing speed of 30 words per minute. Analytical, mathematical, medical terminology, research, statistical, and transcription skills. Flexible work schedule. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt work assignments to accommodate others. Experience operating office equipment such as fax machines, computers, printers, copiers, and scanners. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harris Health
