Job Summary
As a DSP, youll be a mentor, advocate, and everyday hero by:
Assisting with daily living needs and personal care while promoting dignity and respect.
Supporting individuals in reaching their goals and building life skills.
Encouraging community involvement and inclusion through meaningful activities.
Maintaining accurate records and following individualized support plans.
Working hand-in-hand with families and team members to ensure success.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Must pass background check and other compliance requirements.
Compassionate, reliable, and patient, with strong communication skills.
Experience in caregiving, human services, or a related field preferred, but not required (training provided).
