Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas according to recipes and customer preferences
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, such as pasta making, bread baking, and sauce preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food quality and consistency
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Required Skills:

• Experience in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of scratch cooking techniques
• Ability to manage food costs and portion control effectively
• Proficiency in sauce making and dessert preparation
• Excellent knife skills and experience with fryers

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification as an Executive Chef
• Experience with buffet and meal planning
• Knowledge of front of house operations
• Experience with salad preparation and dishwashing
• Education in Culinary Arts

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $16.00 per hour

Maximum Salary: $22.00 per hour
