We are looking for a full‑time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Charlotte, NC area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. About the Position of Automotive Alignment Technician Automotive Alignment Technicians use the latest equipment to align newly‑mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, we reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true. We also complete state‑mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs. Qualifications To be eligible you must: (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; (3) possess at least one year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. A state inspection license is preferred. The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pulling, reaching, and performing repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair.
