Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) Lead in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Summary: The Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) Lead will provide strategic and operational leadership across our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This role will drive platform governance, architecture, security, delivery standards, and long-term platform health while providing leadership across internal teams and strategic partners.
- The ideal candidate has led Salesforce teams and complex enterprise environments, with strong experience in platform governance, architecture, vendor/SOW oversight, and multi-cloud Salesforce delivery
- This individual should be able to bridge technical and business priorities, establish scalable standards, and communicate platform strategy, risk, and investment needs to both technical and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership of Salesforce teams and technical resources
- Enterprise-scale, multi-cloud and/or multi-org Salesforce experience
- Strong Salesforce architecture, governance, security, and platform operations knowledge
- Experience overseeing vendors, SOWs, budgets, and delivery performance
- Advanced Salesforce certifications and architecture experience preferred
