A Mobile Service Technician is responsible for traveling in the mobile service vehicle to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and prepare for the day's appointments and be excellent at time management
• Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership while being responsive
• Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order in a clean and efficient manner
• Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order
• Provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and have a natural disposition to put the customer first
• Communicate with the Service Manager and Parts Department regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication
• Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions
• Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Follow dealership safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals
• Take pride in the role and bring a start-up mentality to growing the mobile service business
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Position Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• B-level or higher preferred, but not required or related training equivalent
• ASE certifications preferred
• Prior Service Technician experience preferred
• Self-starter with little to no guidance on jobs
• Strong user of technological devices including tablets
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
