Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities Program Management Lead and manage end-to-end offensive cyber and RF-related projects. Drive program deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. Establish and track schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance metrics. Identify and mitigate risks across program operations. Technical Expertise Provide guidance on offensive cyber methodologies, tools, and operational planning. Act as a technical liaison between cyber, RF, and cross-discipline engineering teams. Stakeholder Communication Interface with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to communicate goals, status, progress, and challenges. Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, briefings, and requirements. Team Leadership Lead interdisciplinary teams of cybersecurity specialists, RF engineers, developers, and researchers. Foster collaboration by facilitating clear communication between technical and non‑technical personnel. Strategic Planning Contribute to long‑term planning and strategy for offensive cyber and RF domains. Identify opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and technology implementation. Required Qualifications Education – Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Experience – Minimum 5+ years in offensive cyber operations (red teaming, exploit development, vulnerability research). Proven track record of managing complex technical programs. Technical Skills – Expertise in offensive cyber tools and frameworks; familiarity with vulnerability research, reverse engineering; understanding of RF hardware and technologies (antennas, SDR devices, signal analysis tools, spectrum monitoring platforms). Soft Skills – Ability to juggle competing priorities under tight deadlines; strong written and oral communication; excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification. Familiarity with end‑to‑end hardware‑software integration processes. Experience productizing technology. Clearance requirements – Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (TS/SCI with polygraph). Additional Information Some travel may be required for customer meetings, field tests, or demonstrations.
