Own the Full Deal And Outcome - This is a true end-to-end field sales role. You'll run discovery, shape solutions, build ROI cases, navigate objections, and close mid-market deals that genuinely improve how venues operate. You're not just moving pipeline - you're solving real business problems.

About the Role
As an experienced Enterprise Account Executive, you will be pivotal in expanding our reach into the enterprise market. You'll leverage your extensive experience in SaaS sales to engage with high-value prospects, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions that align to them. This role is a hybrid (in-office/remote) opportunity that involves a high level of strategic input, as well as working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to deal closure and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new enterprise-level customers while nurturing existing relationships to identify upselling opportunities.
- Know our market and be a trusted advisor to prospects' senior leadership.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to fully understand the strategic needs of prospects and deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate the ROI of ROLLER's solutions for their business needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close, ensuring you meet or exceed your quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement effective sales strategies and customer success initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
About You
- You have acquired 4+ years of tenure in an Enterprise AE position in one company previously, with over 7+ years SaaS AE Experience as a minimum (We value tenure through a growth phase)
- The tenure is key, it shows you can build and close pipeline that has a sales cycle of 6-12-18 months, and have repeatedly has success over numerous years.
- You're not stepping up into this role, you're already there and are proven in selling a very complex product.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to thrive in a collaborative team environment, your soft skills are second to none!
- You thrive in a hybrid work environment, adept at balancing in-person collaboration with remote tasks, and enjoy the dynamic nature of such roles.
- Your track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas speaks to your strong sales acumen and commitment to results.
- As a strategic thinker, you are adept at understanding customer needs and aligning them with product offerings to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- You are willing to travel as needed and are proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Drive, grit, and being a team player are integral to your success.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- You are based in Austin, Texas
