Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience or interest in outpatient adult care, orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention preferred.
Comfort treating workplace injuries and providing occupational medicine-focused care.
Ability to manage a patient caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day, with willingness to mentor or work alongside a chiropractor on staff.
Proficiency with Prognosis EMR preferred.
Open to new graduates and relocation candidates.

Location and Schedule:

City: Sacramento, CA. Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
Shift: Days. Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Scheduling flexibility available (4x10 or 5x8 options). No weekends.
Volume: Approximately 12–14 patients per day. Clinic will add a tech when daily volume reaches 14–16 patients.
Multiple hiring locations across the region including National City, Salinas Rossi, Modesto, Stockton, and Soledad. New PT space opening soon in National City with anticipated early August start.

Position Expectations:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes.
Provide education on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
Collaborate with an onsite chiropractor and clinic staff as needed.
Participate in quarterly SPIF incentive programs tied to performance.
