Senior Full Stack Engineer, Applied Agentic AI - Frontend Dominant

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep frontend expertise in React and TypeScript to build enterprise-grade product experiences incorporating agentic AI capabilities. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong UI/product development skills, backend integration capability, and experience building applications from scratch.

The ideal candidate can translate agent capabilities into polished enterprise user experiences while also understanding how agents, tools, APIs, state, and backend services work underneath the UI.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise applications and product features from scratch.
• Own full-stack feature delivery from UI architecture through backend/API integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Build sophisticated enterprise user experiences using React and TypeScript .
• Design reusable UI components, application state patterns, workflows, and interactive experiences around AI/agent capabilities.
• Build interfaces for multi-step agent workflows, agent actions, approvals, results, status, errors, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, agent orchestration layers, and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to backend development as required for end-to-end feature ownership.
• Build and integrate agentic capabilities involving tool calling, multi-step workflows, context/state, retrieval, and enterprise actions.
• Ensure agent experiences expose appropriate user controls, validation, failure states, and escalation mechanisms.
• Use Codex, Claude/Claude Code, or similar AI-driven development workflows for coding, debugging, testing, prototyping, and development acceleration.
• Participate in product, architecture, and engineering design reviews.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience preferred.
• Deep production experience with React and TypeScript .
• Strong frontend architecture, UI engineering, application state management, API integration, and testing experience.
• Genuine full-stack engineering capability rather than frontend-only development.
• Demonstrated experience building enterprise applications or substantial product capabilities from scratch .
• Strong experience shipping user-facing applications into production.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI agents and agentic application development .
• Understanding of multi-step agent workflows, tool/function calling, context/state management, RAG/retrieval, and agent-to-API integration.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks/SDKs such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic tooling, or comparable technologies.
• Familiarity with Codex and/or Claude-driven software development .
• Strong software testing, debugging, performance, reliability, and production engineering fundamentals.

Preferred

• Backend experience with Java/Kotlin, Python, Node.js, or comparable production technologies.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop agent interfaces and complex workflow UIs.
• Experience with real-time/streaming AI interfaces and long-running workflows.
• Experience with agent evaluation, observability, guardrails, and failure handling.
• Experience building SaaS, financial, or other enterprise applications where reliability and user control are important.
