Director of Finance

Leading the financial strategy for a purpose-driven brand, the full-time remote Director of Finance will manage the full finance function, ensuring accurate financials, driving profitability, and building scalable systems to support the company's growth toward $100M. Key responsibilities Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials by the 20th of each month with full account reconciliation Build and maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast, ensuring liquidity and visibility Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all departments with minimal variance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA strongly preferred) 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Experience implementing scalable systems and automation in growing organizations Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and tax standards
