Talent Acquisition Partner I
Location: Loves Park, IL (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | Core hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility to start as early as 7:00 AM based on business needs)
Pay: $29-$27/hr
Are you passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner I to join our team in Loves Park, IL . This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays , with in-office collaboration the remainder of the week.
In this role, you'll help attract, source, and identify top talent while partnering with Talent Acquisition team members throughout the hiring process. If you enjoy recruiting, building relationships, and making an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
ResponsibilitiesExecute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple positions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and overall fit.
Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide a positive hiring experience.
Support recruiting initiatives and collaborate with internal teams as needed.
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system.
Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
Represent and promote the company's employer brand throughout the recruiting process.
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, or a related field preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively screen and interview candidates.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
Competitive salary of $60,000–$78,000 , based on experience.
Hybrid schedule with remote work on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $37.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
