All employees are expected to be involved in a local church that aligns with the mission and vision of HCA.Job Requirements:Full support of Heritage's Statement of Faith, Mission, and Vision statementsPassion and commitment for the classical modelDegree – Finance, Accounting, or similar (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office ProgramsQuickBooks Online experience (preferred)Minimum of one year of bookkeeping experienceJob Responsibilities:Conduct oneself with Christ-like professional behaviorStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate financial records, handle confidential information, and meet deadlinesDependable, collaborative, and service orientedProcess biweekly payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll, tax withholdings, and employee deductionsAssist employees with payroll-related questionsEnsure payroll activities comply with applicable policies and regulationsManage accounts payable process including reviewing and processing vendor invoices, properly coding, and ensuring proper approval.
