Day in the Life The successful Mechanical Surveyor will perform a variety of scanning and layout tasks for commercial mechanical projects, utilizing current surveying technology, surface and alignment files, and plan review. The role requires coordination with design and field personnel and adherence to safety and industry best practices. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree; construction or engineering degree preferred OSHA 30 certificate Construction Quality Control for Contractor certification (USACE CQM-C) preferred Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Visio, and related software Valid driver’s license, good driving record; able to pass background check and drug screen Expectations Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
