Customer Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable and organized Customer Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, order processing, and customer communication. Role Description As a Customer Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through shipment and invoicing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and serving as a professional point of contact for customers via email and phone. This role combines office responsibilities with hands‑on warehouse tasks and requires strong attention to detail. (Pay is based on experience, skills, and ability to take on responsibility over time.) Responsibilities Monitor and manage incoming customer purchase orders Review orders and provide customers with confirmed ship dates Prepare, box, label, and ship outgoing orders using standard carriers Generate and send accurate customer invoices Receive incoming inventory shipments and stock items appropriately Maintain organized inventory and shipping areas Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries as needed Provide general office and operations support as required Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in order processing, shipping/receiving, or office operations preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with Microsoft Office software and QuickBooks Ability to lift and handle boxed products as part of shipping and receiving duties Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player On-the-job training provided for entry-level candidates Opportunities to expand responsibilities in operations, inventory management, and customer support Potential for pay increases as skills, efficiency, and responsibility grow Long-term role for candidates seeking stability and advancement within a smaller, team-oriented company Direct exposure to internal business operations and the water/wastewater instrumentation industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Cyclops Process Equipment
