Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time and part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to practice in a collaborative, professional setting while maintaining a flexible schedule. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy care
- Implement and progress individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient education on injury prevention and wellness strategies
- Accurately document patient care in compliance with clinic and insurance standards
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in New York State (required)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Patient-first mindset with ability to build rapport
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor
- Authorized to work within the United States
- Competitive compensation with performance and volume-based bonus opporuntities
- 7 Hr. treatment days with 1 hour of paid documentation time (total of 8 hrs./day)
