We are currently seeking aCommercial HVAC Technicianto join our team inWinchester, VA. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting systems, and delivering excellent service, this is a great opportunity to grow your HVAC career.

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will install, maintain, and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pump systems

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams

• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and longevity

• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism

• Deliver reliable, high-quality service to customers

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills

• Experience installing and servicing HVAC systems and related equipment

• EPA or CFC Certification required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect:

• Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions

• Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Occasional driving between job sites

• Exposure to construction materials, tools, and equipment
