Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide clinical social work services that include assessments, treatment planning, and execution of therapeutic interventions addressing mental health disorders and emotional distress.

  • Assist caregivers in cultivating responsive parenting skills by actively listening to their concerns, valuing their family beliefs, and enhancing their capabilities through affirmative and constructive feedback.

  • Address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, end-of-life transitions, chronic pain, and interpersonal challenges by employing a range of treatment modalities tailored to individual needs.

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • A valid and independent license in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
