We are a company and community focused on equality and belonging so all people of all abilities can live their best lives and thrive./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliDevelop and implement personalized treatment plans that empower clients to achieve greater independence, enhance their communication and social skills, and improve their overall quality of life. This includes administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL. Your expertise in evidence-based methodologies, including ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT, will be instrumental in creating effective interventions./liliDesign and implement data collection procedures to meticulously track client progress and make informed treatment modifications, ensuring the most effective interventions are utilized./liliSupervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and Registered Behavior Technicians in ABA concepts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. Conduct fidelity checks and performance reviews, providing constructive coaching and feedback to maximize team effectiveness./liliCollaborate and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other service providers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to implement ABA techniques in the home, extending the impact of our services./liliManage client documentation, regularly review data, and submit timely progress reports to insurance providers, ensuring compliance and facilitating access to necessary services./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliMasters degree in related field./liliBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification in good standing./liliThree years of experience working with children and/or adults with autism, including experience administering the ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and/or Essentials for Living./liliAt least 12 units of coursework from an approved BACB course sequence or equivalent experience and demonstrated skills in ABA programming and case supervision./liliTwo or more years of experience providing staff direction and development in a supervisory role./li/ulh3Knowledge Skills:/h3ulliExcellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills./liliKnowledge and understanding of HIPAA practices and adherence to policies./liliDemonstrated integrity and adherence to the BACB Ethical Code./li/ulh3Physical Requirements:/h3ulliAbility to bend, kneel, crouch, lift up to 40 lbs, and be comfortable spending time on your feet./liliMust be able to manage the physical and emotional demands of the role, including frequent exposure to disability disorders, occasional emergency situations and trauma, and constant client contact requiring concentration and sound decision-making./liliOccasional driving (to and from office and client homes) is required./liliMust be able to travel to multiple work sites and client homes; reliable transportation is needed./li/ulh3Conditions of Employment:/h3ulliMust have a valid California Drivers License with insurance and maintain a clean driving record./liliMust pass health screenings, obtain required vaccinations, and clear TB testing based on company policies./liliMust obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ).
