We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. Position Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for full-cycle accounting operations across multiple entities, including financial reporting, payroll and benefits administration, intercompany billing, cash management, and compliance. This is an in-office role. Key Responsibilities Supervise a staff accountant and oversee daily accounting operations Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for multiple entities Support development team through project reporting and loan maintenance Process bi-weekly payroll Manage & reconcile benefit invoices and assist with annual benefit renewal Oversee intercompany expense allocations and billing Prepare annual financial budgets for operating companies Monitor cash needs across entities and coordinate funding with management Prepare and file annual 1099 reports for all entitiesAdminister the accounting software programsIdentify opportunities for system improvements and automation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including leadership responsibilities Experience with financial reporting for multiple entities or properties Proficient in corporate accounting principles and GAAP standards Highly skilled in accounting software, Quickbooks or Yardi preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with payroll processing and systems, Paylocity a plus Competencies High attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional organizational and time management skills Analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work independently and drive improvements Effective communication skills Maturity and discretion in handling confidential information Company Benefits Competitive Salary and discretionary bonuses Comprehensive medical, dental, vision plans Company paid Teledoc and life insurance policy 401k with company match Paid time off and holidays Collaborative and innovative work environment Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
