Compensation & Benefits

• $800–$850 daily guarantee
• Tiered compensation structure of 32%–34% of net collections
• Uncapped earning potential
• $2,000 annual continuing education allowance
• $10,000 retention bonus after Year 1
• Additional $10,000 retention bonus after Year 2

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning
• Deliver high-quality preventive and restorative general dentistry
• Perform bread-and-butter general dentistry while managing more comprehensive cases based on clinical experience
• Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health
• Build trust and lasting relationships through excellent patient communication
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Florida dental license in good standing or ability to obtain
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dentistry
