This role partners closely with practice leadership to execute strategic initiatives, improve workflows, and enhance service delivery. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to process improvement, training, and technology advancement within a fast-paced legal environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIESSupport execution of practice-wide priorities, including process improvements and operational initiativesAssist in the implementation of training programs and onboarding processesCoordinate technology initiatives in partnership with practice leadership and ITMaintain and organize centralized resources, including templates, playbooks, and best practicesTrack and monitor key operational metrics and support reporting effortsFacilitate communication and coordination across offices and stakeholder groupsAssist with workflow management, scheduling, and administrative coordination of practice activitiesSupport consistency in operational processes and service delivery standards firmwideSKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFULStrong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and executionStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work across all levels of the organizationHigh attention to detail and ability to manage complex operational workflowsAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and support data-driven decision-makingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational toolsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment and support change management initiativesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree required5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or legal practice management (IP experience preferred)Experience supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or technology implementation initiatives preferredEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERAlston & Bird LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer does not discriminate on the bases of any status protected under federal, state, or local law.
