What’s a typical day as Assembly Specialist? You’ll be:

• Performing assembly and production activities according to established procedures and work instructions
• Supporting manufacturing plans including quantities, costs, and production timing
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to maximize production capacity
• Complying with all health, safety, and environmental protection programs
• Identifying and resolving recurring issues within your work area
• Exchanging job-related information with supervisors and co-workers
• Assisting and providing guidance to new team members

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Possess less than one year of related manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred, not required)
• Demonstrate reliability, strong attention to detail, and commitment to attendance
• Can follow detailed instructions, rules, and established processes
• Are comfortable working under close supervision in a structured environment
• Are able to meet the physical demands of the job (reasonable accommodations available)
