Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison - Northeast

The Oncology Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based, non-sales position on Regeneron’s Commercial Oncology Marketing team. Responsibilities Engage in meaningful, strategic discussions to gather insights and share clinical information with assigned key US Oncology thought leaders Conduct substantive business discussions on on-label product information, disease state, and general corporate overviews Use a customer‑centric, needs‑based approach to drive strategic thought leader engagements Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at local/regional/national conferences and during day‑to‑day business Develop and maintain lists of key thought leaders in the assigned geography Assist with thought leader development Support speaker bureau build‑out (identify speakers, manage speaker training logistics, provide feedback to improve educational impact) Share insights with Marketing and other functional groupsSupport regional/national advisory board planning (recommend thought leader participants and coordinate participation) Ensure all thought leader interactions adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced education/certification is a plus Minimum 8 years of work experience in 2+ of: Thought Leader Liaison role, field sales, inline/regional brand marketing, relevant medical/clinical experience; hematology/oncology market experience strongly preferred Expertise in pharmaceutical industry marketing strategies; launch experience ideally Ability to travel 60%-80% Skills Strong science background and deep Oncology knowledge Ability to distill complex information into concise, impactful presentations Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable engaging all organizational levels Ability to collaborate across functions and balance multiple projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
