Signing Bonus Sign‑on bonus of $10,000 for Full‑Time & $5,000 for Part‑Time Pay Range $28 - $32.44 + Shift Differential + Hero Pay Employment Type & Schedule Full‑Time: 7:00pm - 7:00am Full‑Time: 11:00pm - 7:00am Part‑Time: 7:00am - 11am or 7:00pm - 11pm PRN All Shifts Why Join Resthaven No mandatory overtime Agency‑free care teams NOMI Health Insurance Network – $0 copays, $0 deductibles, $0 coinsurance Tuition reimbursement eligibility after 6 months Supportive, mission‑driven work culture Career growth and advancement opportunities Make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day Essential Responsibilities – Licensed Practical Nurse Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized resident care plans Administer medications, treatments, and pain management interventions safely and accurately Monitor resident health status, including assessments, skin integrity, wound care, and vital signs Observe, assess, document, and promptly report changes in resident condition Execute physician orders accurately and within required timeframes Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation and clinical charting Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and all State and Federal healthcare regulations Respond effectively to urgent and emergent resident care situations using sound clinical judgment Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams Lead, delegate, and support CNA and clinical support staff while fostering teamwork and accountability Assist with staffing coverage and provide unit support as needed Deliver comprehensive shift reports to ensure continuity of care Provide exceptional resident‑centered customer service by exceeding resident and family expectations Float between units based on operational and resident care needs What Makes You a Great Fit Successful LPN candidates bring strong clinical expertise, compassionate care, and a commitment to excellence in resident‑centered nursing.
