US Construction Group is looking for an experienced, high-energy Project Coordinator to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• Support the day-to-day needs of the construction management office
• Solicit and track bid opportunities
• Communicate daily with suppliers, customers, and internal team members
• Assist with job setup and project-related administrative tasks
• Support invoicing and other office and accounting-related functions
• Organize and maintain files
• Help keep projects, information, and internal processes running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• 7 to 10 years of similar office, project coordination, or administrative support experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• General understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Construction industry experience or familiarity preferred
• Experience with Procore is also a plus
