Backend Data Engineer (Corporate Sector)

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience in software engineering with Java or Python
• Hands-on experience with AWS or another cloud platform
• Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and large-scale data processing
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, analytics, and scalable application design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exposure to or interest in Agentic AI and modern AI-assisted development practices
• Preferred: familiarity with modern front-end technologies
• Preferred: exposure to cloud technologies

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java or Python
• Build scalable data solutions, including data pipelines and analytics capabilities, using cloud technologies, Databricks, and Spark
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software
• Assess and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools and Agentic AI capabilities
