The Commissioned Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving high school fundraising efforts through independent, commission-based sales activities. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role involves local travel to represent the company at events and requires a motivated and proactive approach to customer engagement and sales target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads to build a solid customer base
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
• Coordinate fundraising efforts with schools and organizations
• Manage customer orders and ensure timely follow-up
• Provide excellent customer service and address client needs
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets
• Prepare regular sales reports and track goal progress
• Travel locally to attend fundraising events and meetings
