Your Role As an Assistant Director of Nursing , you will: Support and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Oversee infection prevention, quality assurance, and staff education programs. Participate in audits, surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and model clinical excellence.
