- M-F, 8am-5pm , call 4 times a month
- Primary Care services also include HIV, Hep B, Hormone Injections for transgender patients and suboxone distribution
- Nurse Practitioner will see all ages
- 3-5 years ofexperiencein aprimary care and HIV preferred
- Unencumbered NM license or eligible forstatelicensureat time of application
