About The Group:
  • Non-profit, FQHC providing medical, behavioral health, community outreach, diabetes education and pharmacy services for over 25 years
  • Proud to offer gender equity medicine, syringe exchange, HIV/Hep C treatment, testing and other services within their community
  • Onsite care team includes Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Behavior Health Clinicians, Case Managers, RN Clinic Managers, RNs, Medical Assistants, and Diabetes Educators
  • Inclusive "We Care" culture
About the role:
  • M-F, 8am-5pm , call 4 times a month
  • Primary Care services also include HIV, Hep B, Hormone Injections for transgender patients and suboxone distribution
  • Nurse Practitioner will see all ages
Background Desired:
  • 3-5 years ofexperiencein aprimary care and HIV preferred
  • Unencumbered NM license or eligible forstatelicensureat time of application
