Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen, restroom and general cleanliness.
• Maintain a safe working environment including proper safety training, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) and listening to direction from leadership.
• Maintain a food safe environment worthy of "Guardian of the Brand"
• Produce quality food as per recipe specifications.
• Communicate with fellow kitchen employees to ensure production.
• Communicate with front of house employees when appropriate and necessary.
