To qualify for this position, you should possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from a reputable institution. State licensure as a DPT is essential, alongside preferred CPR certification. Specialized credentials in areas such as neurology or geriatrics can be advantageous but are not mandatory. Excellent candidates will have prior experience in physical therapy, the capability to manage patients with complex medical and mobility-related issues, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
