We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve key components of our platform, focusing on delivering practical, customer‑driven improvements at scale. The role involves turning real client feedback into clear product requirements, owning portions of the product backlog, and partnering closely with Engineering to deliver enhancements that make our products easier and more valuable. The position is located in Richmond, VA and requires office attendance Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Leverage customer feedback, market insights, and internal stakeholder input to deliver practical, impactful product improvements that enhance the customer experience. Own and manage defined components of the product roadmap, focusing on maintaining and enhancing existing feature sets and delivering incremental improvements. Drive product releases in a fast‑paced Agile environment, including writing user stories, prioritizing backlog items, supporting release planning, and creating release notes. Serve as a key point of contact for inbound product feedback from Sales, Customer Service, and clients; translate real‑world use cases into clear requirements for Engineering. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Analytics teams to scope, plan, and deliver enhancements that address customer needs and business priorities. Understand, document, and analyze customer workflows and pain points to develop actionable use cases and improvement opportunities. Support user testing efforts, gather feedback, and help translate insights into prioritized development work. Plan and execute feature releases to a large subscriber base, ensuring clear communication and alignment across internal teams. Use customer data, usage metrics, and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization decisions and evaluate product outcomes. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a related role, with exposure to software or data‑driven products. Commercial Real Estate experience. Experience defining product requirements and delivering feature enhancements in partnership with Engineering. Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments, including backlog management and sprint planning. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience working with SaaS, data, analytics, or information products that support business decision‑making. Track record of commitment to prior employers. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing high‑volume inbound product feedback or enhancement requests. Background partnering closely with Sales and Customer Service to capture and document customer needs. Experience owning or maintaining existing product features, including incremental improvements.
