About the RoleAs a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. No prior experience? No problem! We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and have a genuine desire to care for others.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you’ll be responsible for tasks such as:
- Assisting clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Supporting clients with mobility and ensuring their safety.
- Preparing light meals and helping with feeding when necessary.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
