Recovery & Wellness Advocate — Community Support

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Specialist CSTAR to join our recovery-focused care team. This full-time role provides holistic, community-based services to help clients in their recovery journey. You will work under the Internal Title CSTAR, deliver supports, coordinate resources, and document care.
