• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage systems including security, audio, and data networks.
• Conduct site surveys and assess customer needs for low voltage solutions.

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
• Document all installations and service calls accurately.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in low voltage technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all installations.
• Assist in training new technicians on best practices and company standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of low voltage systems and cabling standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in low voltage systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
